Some companies used to have 100 peopel for 4-5 page  dash boards/website etc . Image the level corruption over there 

there were 100 consultants working for just 4-5 page cisco website in cisco at the peak of their corruption

I know a guy who joined Cisco back in early 2000s. Vaadu parle decent candidate REC Warangal lo chadivadu, 2005 lo pelli chesukunnadu wife is BA pass out from some thupel college in Hyderabad. Wife peru meeda fake certificate okati koni BE passout ani pettadu US ki techi Cisco lo aameni manager chesadu. She doesn't know how to type a single sentence in English, hires only their relatives and same caste members for positions in their teams. edanna kavalante H1B gallu chestharu le ane dheema kooda undi and they are able to get away with it. 

Between the husband and wife, they used to make around 500k till 5 years ago. Since the last 5 years, wife sister peru meeda oka company register chesi only hire people from that company. Desi dollar dreams FTW
