Do some HIIT instead. I started biking since a week and bike around 10 miles everyday, my core has become stronger along with the lower body. I'm aiming for 20 miles on the weekends. Quote

You can bike 10 miles easily during that time is what I'm saying, takes a $500 investment Quote
