lot of things can contribute to stress , some examples : Constant tension , tight deadlines almost everyday , poor work relationship with either colleagues or boss ,  demanding role , working on weekends , not taking days off/time off to unwind , not hitting gym or not doing any exercise and some other things like financial stress or personal issues which may add fuel to fire

Papam na training class mate, last 5 months nunchi day and night working, he is working in AIG Fortworth, TX via Cap Gemini FT. 

Last thrusday night we discussed about practicing this weekend, Sunday morning got the news 😢 He is 42 and worked as Manager in SAP HANA/BW now from the last 5 months working as Splunk Developer. AIG lo work/stress, project extend ayidho ledo anni tension pade vadhu eppudu.
