TS , these days RFE is common so i understand why employer B is asking you to be on his payroll

Emploiyer B ey kaadu most employers even FT jobs these days unless they are in desperate need of you they are not willing to file for H1 transfer unless you begin to be under their payroll

H1 transfer premium lo sesthe tondaraga aipoddi edo okati...but mesthri gallu cheyaru kada..u have to pay for it..
