Hi friends, 2 months pay ivali mesthri. oka month dhi paystb undhi but paisalu eyaledhu and inko month ki timesheets unay. FT osthe proper ga 2 weeks notice ichi left...apati nunchi no response enni sarlu call chesina email chesina

legal ga velalante how? will I get my money? DOL ki complaint chesthe vadiki ela effect avthadhi?

anything written proof like you are asking for your pay? lekapothe mail him every day. call chesaanu answer cheyyaledhu ante prove cheyyaleru emo. 

Ofcourse you will get your money back as long as you didn’t break any process while leaving. But DOL ki complaint ante think of others who are working for that employer. Issue serious iyyi DOL audit ante vallu .....

etu FT left kaabati DOL ki complaint chesta ani emails pampu I have all proofs ani cheppu....ee debba ki raavale lekapothe nijanga ne complain cheyyi

DOL ki complain cheyyu... inka em work kakapothey go to your home country and try from there..

every week email pampisthunna bhayya anni dates tho, but asalu response ledhu. Naku smooth ga clear aipothe bagundu ani undhi. compny lo 1-2 emplys unaru anthe but naku antha dhooram velalani ledhu dol varaku. But enni weeks ani aagali more than 2 months avthundhi...at least complaint ki process enti thelusukundham ani

Dont complaint online...Go to ur local dol office..and complaint directly..they will take all details..form fill up chesi. Pic teesi mesthri ki pampiy... n wait n see...dol will take care of it...one of the agent will give his contact number...so that u can check with them for updates..it will take few weeks
