Anyway, this is not the first time since the last 20-30 years that we have stopped receiving funds from other countries directly. The only way is Red Cross or United Nations. 

UAE could have donated it to United Nations and India will have no problem in accepting them. We have seen much bigger natural calamities and even then we did not change the stand. I don’t see a reason why we shouldn’t now. 

600 crores is a small amount. Unnessasary issues.
