I guess.. this came from that time during the JNU protests.. some students mostly from J&K highly brainwashed by separatists gave slogans like.. "India ko tukde tukde karunga" 

These right wing loud mouths like Arnab & gang keeps using it to all those who are against Modi because it suits their political purpose..
