Good that he changed his life to be more healthy 

But about highlighted part , everything is true but looks like he lacks humility and seems to be the kind of guy to throw it in your face that he is better , better not to have such friends , if we do that is a different kind of self harm

Nenu eppudu India vellina, I make sure I meet all my friends and have good time like college days. Most of my friends are highly talented than me, but their destiny is different than mine. Andaru machi software jobs chestunnaru , earning decent salaries, andaru car konukunnaru and most important they are in their motherland with relatives and friends close by. Foreign lo settle aina aa native feeling radu. Sometimes I feel jealous of them and vice versa. Friends are friends we enjoy and I never make them feel that I am changed person. I agree there are problems like power cut, traffic, pollution etc. but if you compare and discuss this with friends and make them feel low just to boost your ego and show off your living standards it is not good.
