Yeah but still ppl dont stop those fake things

Another thing I have observed here,  Since I am an offshore rss , my  reporting manager asked me on an insight on how things work at onshore, so that he can think on how to cover the gaps between the offshore and on shore. I jovially said, I was sent to India for that purpose only. He was silent and later went away.

 

Next day one - one meeting ani petti.. show me your plans till now annadu

I was shocked. I was not even told that I need to prepare plans by this time and we never had that discussion in the first place. currently there are few critical tasks that I own up and Manager onsite asked me to close those first and I am working more than time from home to cover those.

He asked me to come to office the next day. sarey ani pothey... his superior manager tho he had me into the meeting. I was talking and then he said, these onsite people never work and expect Offshore to complete their tasks. These people wfh and we are not even sure if they work or just sleep at home and relax where rest of the team has to bear their weight ani. 

I said , its up to you and I left the room by saying, I cannot convince every tom dick and harry on a daily basis and he never acted as a reporting manager as everything of my tasks were still bound with the onsite manager.

 

His superior manager was once our offshore manager and he know what I am capable of and how many projects in the same team were led by me that went online without any hiccups.

 

I went home and emailed my manager onsite about the conversation we had and also offered my resignation incase if I am required to come to office to work.

Unfortunately the manager offshore got transferred to another project.

 

Few weeks later, I had to go to office as one of  our business managers along with my  product owner( who was once my manager in US at the start of the project) were visiting India and she knew that I was in India and I tackled four projects for her and have a very good rapport. She said she wants to catchup on drinks with me after work and asked me to invite anyone in the team who are interested. My intention was to provide a direct interaction for the team with her, so that she knows how much offshore works and she can alos connect faces to names.

we went to a place and sat down and this idiot also was invited by her as she thinks he is still the manager here in the team. He came and after few drinks started to blabber that Onsite people are not allowing offshore to work and this guy came and is messing things up . more. She asked him, she never needed offshore and two rss from onsite were enough. but it was I who insisted that we need offshore and then she turned to me and said, I said not to give chances for the unworthy and they bite you back like this ani. andharu shock.  the my product manager said, thats why he has been relieved form this project and I am the only person over seeing the operations. She said to make me a manager and I said its very early and its better to be like this for sometime until offshore learns on how onsite work happens ani.

Ratri malla call chesi.. you have screwed my career and I will not leave you in this company annadu. I said the call is under recording and will send it to HR right now ani. 

malla morning phone chesi aparachitudu build up ivvataniki call cehsthey, I said its too late to say sorry as my mail had been sent last night and I am sorry as it is very unprofessional of your behavior and you need to learn it asap ani.

edho TS lantio bakara's dorukutharu where they can give build up.

Also we cannot say whether they are  faking things up. it may be real that he had a bad exp earlier by doing those and changed his style and habits.

 

who knows kaka. we cannot generalize it right.

he is shifted to some team offshore where he will be for ever ... ego ki go cheppa anthey.. he will be getting his salary kaani ee bad mark valla promotions inka raavu anukunta... later he may change the company .. i d c
