he could've laughed at Posani's question, and questioned the ridiculous numbers. In fact, he took it as a pride that someone can mention such figures (3000crores really?), and proceeded to answer the question in earnest, acknowledging Posani's good intention in asking that ridiculous question.

This is more about Posani than about bob.

He satired about YSJ indirectly right... that was an answer . He kept it in a nice way rather than acting as a egoistic bufoon with dialogues on caste and creed. 

 

And BTW, they are not talking about hard cash in bank accounts. Including properties, their estimated values and binamis. Even recent mla’s have more than 1000 crores in  for that matter.
