You can go out after POE and come back. Malla security check through avvali though. Luggage kuda pampinchesaka you can tell the airlines person you want to go out . Vallu edo document chesukuntaru and you can come back an hour before flight time.

lakshnamga.. as long as you have separate boarding pass for your domestic flight
