Is Amendment required ?

Got H1B approval with client A for 3 years. Now changing to client B within same city and county and distance between A and B is 2 miles. I believe it is within same MSA. Employer says amendment not required only LCA is required. I read online LCA is also not required. If LCA is changed then definitely amendment needs to be filed. Please throw some light

Client B LCA updated unte akkadiki vasthadu you will be there in this case amendment is not required but LCA is mee employer right eh cheppadu to my knowledge...

It’s proved many times that USCIS and Dept of State (consulates) have lot of conflicts. Uscis approve chesina petitions kuda consulate challenge chestai so USCIS amendment avsaram ledu ani cheppina consulates kavali ani Adige chance unda? Anyone experienced this?

A move within an MSA: If your H-1B employee is moving to a new job location within the same MSA or area of intended employment a new LCA is not required. same situation , 2yrs back .. LCA changed but not amendment.(MSA rule)
