H1b transfer with i94 expiration

I'm in a critical situation, I 94 expired, Extension in the process with compqny A and received an RFE, now i lost the job with current Client and RFE is related to that, My company A is saying that they will respond RFE even if I'm not working there by saying that i have worked from Date X to date Y. To me, this seems to be direct denial, meanwhile, if I apply for transfer to company B, can I able to work for company B just with the receipt notice? Since my I94 expired if my current petition with company A denies, will I be out of status? or as I applied transfer with Company B before denial, will my status continues, please advise. Thank you very much for your suggestions.

Did you applied with employer B after the I94 is expired? If so you cannot work for him legally as far as I am aware. Date X to date Y ante technically you are no longer with them ani chepthunnaru, so out right ga adhi denial. Better you do in premium processing with B, go out of the country get it stamped and come back.

You can apply for transfer with ext receipt and work for company B on receipt, but during the transfer they will ask about ext.

Apply transfer with company B immediately and ask company A to withdraw your application. i94 valid ledu kabatti do this before sept 11th. Yes, ippudu B to deny ayite you will be out of status. Ok, thanks, so which means until my company A send response and get approval for extension, the transfer with company B will not be approved ? If I join company B, I will inform company A and they may not submit my response. Any other advise for me now , thanks again.
