H1b transfer with i94 expiration

Thanks, but what my understanding was since my i94 is expired, even if I apply for transfer with company B, until h1 approved with B, I have to be with company A, is that true? Also, I have backup Phd admission but classes start from sep 24th, if h1 denies can I go for f1 stamping with Phd? I already had 2 masters here so will that be a problem? Thank you so much.

Receipt to you can start working with company A. I did that way though ideally its good to start after approval. EKkuva chaduvukunte em problem dude.  Admission undi kada inka back up ga be cool and hope for good.

Nenu same situation lo 2015 lo i worked on receipt with company B. Yes i know what i am talking about. Company A h1b  revoke cheyakapote he is totally fine and can work with company B on transfer reciept even before approval. Deny ayite out of status avutadu as i94 not valid. 

Naku client deggara job lekunda ledu but my employer closed the company so technically same situation. I moved from employer A to employer B and started working on reciept with same client.  MY h1b wasn't revoked by company A though but i was asked to leave asap.

Waitinf for approval is safe in current scenarios. Premium cheyinchukunte best. Fast ga ayipotundi RFE padakapote. Good luck !
