For TRS it's either KCR or KTR.

Not just Congress even TRS isn't that ready to go for the elections but they're going anyway. So let's see.

For congress, its always been the mystery...except for YSR, Congress never had a CM face. Its strength is village level cadre...and secondary leadership...top leadership se kuch lena dena nahi hain....village level and mandal level leaders are very strong for congress...even now...!
