Cap-exempt petitions that are filed exclusively at the California Service Center because the employer is cap exempt or because the beneficiary will be employed at a qualifying cap exempt institution, entity, or organization; or

Removing Premium is going increase the backlog... all these new ones have to sit there for a long time kada.... how is it helping them....

Yeah...6 months ayina decision rakapote some people status/job situation might also be in stake kada. They cant go out of country etc. FT companies usually premium cheyavu. I think old clear chesi malla pedataru premium upgrade chesukunevallu chesukuntaru if they cant wait.
