earlier working on recipt was fine, but now..unlesss u get the approval notice...never make a transfer ...simple logic...

Bhayya... nenu kuda same  position lo unde..

try refiling with the same employer but different lca ... once the petition is filed .. you can continue working as you still have valid I94 by the time it is going to be filed ... All the best !!

Yes i94 valid unte you can.  What @TampaBangaram told is true. Ma company lo vallaki deny ayyi new petition with new LCA vesi approve ayinavallu unnaru in May.

thumb rule... when changing employers.. approval  to Emp B vache vaaraku u not supposed to reveal the transfer process to your employer A.
