Extension cases still no problem, premium is allowed.

New H1 cases or Transfers or amendments - no premium CAP or No-CAP.

Previously they suspended premium only for CAP cases, now thy are expanding it to Non CAP petitions also. Anyone looking to change to different employer(H1 Transfer), do an amendment now only has to file through regular processing. No premium processing.

Basic gaa job changes biscuit. Same project, same client or same FT job aite PP allowed. Rest all of the cases PP biscuited.
