rfe response-Help needed

H1B rfe vachindi.  Immigration is working on it annaru. They asked me to fill a doc that says 'RFE Chart'..'duty-%time spent-How a degree fits' ani..need help how to fill this. Any samples or particular words to use? vaaduka basha lo raaseyocha 'how a degree is required' column ki ?

 

RFE on Speciality occupation

Center-Vermont 

Role-Data Scientist

Type-Full time with a company that is not h1b dependent and has 5k+ employees

I was in very similar situation 2 months ago. Please take this seriously and do pay attention to what you write. I heard from attorney that the officer is really reading it.

1. Spend time

2. Try to elaborate as much as possible. explain each of your responsibilities in detail. Ask your attorney to go though it and make any necessary suggestions

3. Since your position is scientist, Dont use anything beyond your role ie (Dont use: Lead the project, Manage team etc)

Yes, I have Masters in data science.The duties that I perform definitely need the expertise in the field. The job poster that the company published said bachelor's degree + 3 yrs exp and master's preferred.

Masters preferred is the catch, but I guess if u carefully draft response, it should be approved.
