Crazy_Robert Posted August 30, 2018 Report Posted August 30, 2018 దేశంలో నిరుద్యోగం ఏ స్థాయిలో ఉందో చెప్పే ఉదాహరణ ఇది. ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్లో ఓ చిన్న ప్యూన్ ఉద్యోగానికి వచ్చిన దరఖాస్తులే ఇందుకు అద్దంపడుతున్నాయి. ఆ రాష్ట్రంలో పోలీస్శాఖలో మెసేంజర్గా విధులు నిర్వహించడానికి జారీ చేసిన 62 పోస్టుల కోసం ఏకంగా 93,000 మంది అభ్యర్థులు అక్కడ దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నారు. వీరిలో 3,700 మంది పీహెచ్డీ పట్టాదారులు కాగా, 28,000 మంది పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్లు, 50 వేల మంది గ్రాడ్యుయేట్లు అని తెలిసింది. ఐదో తరగతి అర్హతగా నిర్ణయించిన ఉద్యోగానికి ఇంత భారీస్థాయిలో ఉన్నత విద్యనభ్యసించిన అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవడం నివ్వెరపరుస్తోంది. కేవలం ద్విచక్ర వాహనం నడిపే మెళకువలు తెలుసునంటూ వ్యక్తిగతంగా నివేదించడం ద్వారా ఈ ఉద్యోగానికి ఎంపిక చేయాలని అధికారులు మొదట నిర్ణయించారు. అయితే విస్తృతంగా దరఖాస్తులు రావడంతో రాత పరీక్షను నిర్వహించాలని యోచిస్తున్నారు. ఇందుకోసం బేసిక్ రీజనింగ్, జనరల్ నాలెడ్జ్, మాథమెటిక్స్తో కూడిన పరీక్ష పెట్టాలని భావిస్తున్నారు. పోస్ట్మ్యాన్ తరహాలో ఒక పోలీస్స్టేషన్ నుంచి మరో పోలీస్స్టేషన్కు ఉత్తరప్రత్యుత్తరాలు అందించే ఈ పోస్టుకు నెలకు 20 వేలు ఉండటంతో ఇంత భారీస్థాయిలో నిరుద్యోగుల నుంచి స్పందన వచ్చిందని ఓ అధికారి అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. దేశంలో నిరుద్యోగ సమస్య రోజురోజుకూ తీవ్రతరమవుందనడానికి కొన్ని ఉద్యోగాలకు అత్యధికంగా వస్తున్న దరఖాస్తుల సంఖ్యే తెలియజేస్తోంది. ఇటీవల రైల్వేశాఖ దాదాపు లక్ష ఉద్యోగాలు భర్తీ చేసేందుకు దరఖాస్తులు ఆహ్వానించగా 2కోట్ల మంది వరకూ దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నారు. ముంబయిలో ఈ ఏడాది ప్రారంభంలో 1,100 పోలీస్ ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి దరఖాస్తులు కోరగా 2లక్షల దరఖాస్తులు వచ్చాయి. వారిలో డాక్టర్లు, లాయర్లు, ఇంజినీర్లు కూడా ఉన్నారు. రాజస్థాన్లోనూ ప్యూన్ ఉద్యోగానికి 129మంది ఇంజినీర్లు, 23మంది లాయర్లు, ఒక ఛార్టెడ్ అకౌంటెంట్ దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్న దాఖలాలున్నాయి.
