Vendor gadini Kathal 10godhu ani cheppu. Okasari Vendor and Client SOW agreements sign chesukonaka. contract term ayye varaku they cannot change the billing. Billing rate is fixed until the end of the agreement.

So neeku Nov  varaku they have to pay the same billing.

Vendor ki cheppu, I will approach lawyer if you don't honor as per the agreement ani.

One more thing to add: If they really trouble you, then complain to the comapny HR about the manager, that he is evading people about his commerical businnes in the campus premises and threatening you.
