H1B 240 rule....

Guys had a question....need expptt suggestion....

--> Applied ext + amendment in mar 2018 in regular process(calf  center)...and i 94 expired on may 2018.

Questions:

1) Do 240 rule will be applicable in this case........by jan 2019 240 days will be finished..so i need to leave the country?

2) want to convert premium process before sep 11 2018. is it worth????

Well, if money is not an issue then file premium...even if your check reached USCIS by sept 5th, you can expect a decision before sept 11th and chances I would say 20%. 

Even if you get a decision before sept 11 and even if it’s a denial then, then you would have barely any chance to work things....

so...I would say upgrading to premium is something you should have done sometime back but now, it’s as good as waste.
