HDFC or Kotak Mahindra are best for NRE/NRO accounts.

Fill the online form for HDFC NRI services, they will call and follow up with you to get the account opened. I applied last year and got debit cards and cheque books in 10 days.

A card to ikkada shopping chestunnava? Nenu Na HDFC debit card only india lo purchases or transfer or online shopping ki chesta. Xoom nunchi i transfer money to that account.
