Eh One transfer - Urgent

Can we file EH One Transfer , Eh Four, EhFour EAD with Company B and do Eh One Extension, Eh Four, EhFour EAD  with Company A(current company) in parallel /at the same time?

One Att0rney says Yes and other says No. Multiple Eh One's is possible but not multiple Edh Four(I-539 Form).

Any one did multiple Eh One Transfers with Eh Four, Eh Four EAD's  at the same time?

Go with attorney  suggestion .H1 transfer pettukunte why doing extension at all ? If you want to play safe game first apply extension and then transfer . Paisal waste kada ? H4 gurinchi no idea . Ltt .

One can have multiple petitions filed on one's behalf. However, to assure that the petitions are ""independent"" both would need to be filed before the I-94 expiration.

The reason for doing Multiple is because if H1 Transfer is Not Approved then I won't lose Sep 11 date with current Company A extension + amendment. I  need to do amendment with current Company A as I'm changing role from Analyst to Engineer

Okay but Premium tappa em difference is my point. Extn approve ayina H1b transfer taruvata chesukovali which is again same process. Risk is always risk. Anyways i do understand where you are coming from.
