Use creams  or serums with vitamin c and pakka sunscreen vaadu......

 Maybe you are not eating a balanced  and healthy diet

Melacare vaadu but under doctors prescription I would say.

Maybe you are insulin resistant. This can also cause dark patches "acanthosis nigricans".  Eat less sugar/rice and check for insulin resistance. I don't want to scare you but check for type 2 diabetes.
