yes home prices are dropping....its because increase in interest rates. No one buying now with these high rates.

2015 tho compare chesthe USA lo 2016 lo 10% drop in home buyers and 2016 tho compare chesthe 2017 lo 11% drop in buying the houses ani chadiva. It is not looking good either in 2018 as they are getting too expensive.  3 years lo more than 25% drop ante huge drop in buying, pull back is expected to hit in mid of 2019.

2015 lo maa dosth gadu bay area lo condo konadaniki try chesthunde San Jose area lo. Appatlo 500K ki ravatledu ra, 600+ pettali annadu. Eppudu vadini adigithe eppudu 900K chepthunnaru ra antunnadu. Too munch growth in 3 years. So a pull back will happen soon.

Bay area is up for a major correction. I am thinking between 20 to 30%. Higher end homes 1M+ will have a major impact. This is only the beginning.
