current employer to i140 undi. ippudu employer change aite malli I140 approve ayyevaraku h4 ead apply cheyyalema ?

or current employer i140 to apply cheyyacha ? even after transferring and new 140 in process ?

experts pls advise.

you can use your old i140 for your h4 ead,  it shouldn't be a problem

why risk. just transfer on premium processing for h1 + h4 extension + EAD. you have till 11th to file.

180 days rule undi. even though employer revokes you can still use 140.
