Can we file LCA and H1 amendment at the same time? Do we require LCA before filing Amendment? Please let me know about it. Thank you.

Naku oka saree biscuit indhi brother h1 transfer .... I don't want to take any chances... ippudu unna job untundhi long term ee..... manchi offer ani LCA tho join iyaka adhi reject iyee malli back to old MSA lo job techukovali antey challa kastam.... so thinking about it

Ya risky bro 6 month project ayithey you can I think as they is no premium they will give result after 4 months

No premium processing for amendment

As per rule, there is no such thing unless your employer has an lca for the same exact specs already in place. 

If you were to go - another option is to take a long time off at the current client and switch there. Given the current conditions if your app gets premium processing treatment you are fine - if not you have a serious decision to make.

Bhayya ... don’t join on receipt ... no matter what ... approve kakunda entha manchi offer Anna vaddu ... naadi kuda transfer biscuit ayindi ... nana sankalu nakalsi vachindi ... ipudu unna situation lo ... approve kakunda change avvatam not advisable ...

naku somewhat related question undhi slightly different. Naa current project dec 1st week end aythadhi no extension for sure amendment year ending varaku ochindhi. So ext file cheyali anthey kotha project undhali so marketing started and finally got a project confirm. Client letter and vendor letter join ayyinaka 2 days kee istharu anta. So na question amend+ext mundu chesi join kavala or first join ayyi 2 days lo letter theskoni submit cheyalla case?
