TO second your statement of manipulation, need to analyze current inventory sheet with foregoing sheets. I have seen some EB3's who got EAD in 2007 adjustment of dates, but GC 3 years ago. All those cases should have been awarded with GC by now. since majority people ported out from EB3, we see this less inventory now. lets see from now on how it will progress, I feel it will leap monthly from now on.
