Nenu 2014 and 2017 lo Vella. I definitely suggest u to join. It helps a lot and also u will know more about how to maintain ur body posture while lifting weights.

Yes  masth relaxing ga untadhi... Infact aa boring indoor gym , trainer kana 1000 times better.. u went to camp gladiator.. refreshing ga untadhi...trainer with lot of activities.. time and place u can choose.. morning to evening epudyana velachu..ur flexibility.. ma colleagues lunch lo 45 min veli vache valu...so for sure try for free 1 week.. u will know..and diet plan kuda cheptharu trainers

I did try for six weeks, 30$ ki deal dorikinde 

there are lots cross fit 

full body functional( I went to this)

again not everyone’s cup of tea idi; try cheyyi

almost one and half year nunchi going, overall body baaga perguthundi, regular gym lo we mainly concentrate on arms and chest..but idi ala kaadu, and more over chaala kashtam ga untundi, you have to eat well before working out.. all the best
