Im in to sports (cricket,basketball, kabbadi, shuttle, boat rowing ) from childhood, Gym from past 5 years and cross-fit from last 1.5 year and Boxing last 6 months

Gym - cardio - to reduce weight and to stays lean - need to watch-out on joint pains in future if not follow diet tips with vitamins 

Gym- weight training - to gain muscle - (presentation workouts Chest and Biceps - 90% will do this - can consider them as make-ups - short stays and easy to get out of shape and look odd after stopping workout. 

                                                                       Core Muscle Groups - Shoulder, Back, triceps and Legs are effective to get good body shape and muscle stays for longer period)

Cross-fit to make our-self active across different fitness activities - increases flexibility, mobility feel liter over period and get lean muscle group

Gym with coach- If U get good coach  can help you in correcting the mistakes and over period of min 3-6 months U can sure see the results with performance, muscle, core strength

 

It depends on how we are motivated and committed towards anything.... Sports Fitness is always Best, but no one can play for life long. Especially after 35 its very difficult to stay active with sports flexibility... Thereby to stay Fit we need to have some activities in daily Life.. Its based on individual and their body type..

 

Fitness is not for just 6 months to get in shape with short cuts.. Its about having health Lifestyle for life long and toavoiding health related issues with proper diet...
