2 years nundi going ...stay in your weight limit and you will be fine .. definitely improves your endurance ..don't expect to  do Hand stand Push ups , strict pull ups , muscle ups etc..etc straight away .. if you try to go out of your comfort zone there is a good chance of injury .

Not worth it....it’s just hyped functional program which has craze due to huge community....Chances of injury are high as they make you do Olympic lifts....once in a while you can try,but not long term

I am going as well, I am liking it very much, I did some workout before at LaFitness but this is totally different. They make you do total body workout and olympic weight lifting. Slow ga I am scaling up on weights and stamina. I will go at 7 PM slot so that 2-3 ppl shows up at that time and Coach will have max concentration on you and correct you if you are doing anything wrong. First concentrate on form whatever time it takes and then increase your weight.

Community kooda bavutundi, most of them encourages you and cheer you while doing workouts. Apudapudu every one will clap and encourage any time you lift more than your previous highest weight. Join for sure and go 3 times per week and important thing is to show up those 3 days no matter what. That is the key!

Depends on the trainer 

orange theory ki lekapotey monkey bar type velthe most of them use body weights so injuries konchem takkuva. Actual traditional cross fit nenu poley, boot camp types vatiki vella

nenu 2 yrs back pettukunna appati kante ippude nenu better shape lo vunna 

personal trainer is utter waste, I would hire personal trainer who had degree ni kinesiology not some gym enthusiasts who did couple of popular certifications

I lack motivation/discipline ..paisal kosam anna pota so i never stop that.  Also okka pani ledu  living with family and wfh so  tappadu vellali *n$

Clean and Jerk , Power , power cleans , over head squats ,Front rack squats  etc with bar bell
