more over, one cannot entirely blame KCR for this delay, previous rulers were as incompletent as hell...osmania building emi 2014 lo diwala teeyaledu kada...

moreover, being heritage status building, and some of the land belings to ASI, demolishing the building is proving to be a headache and hence the administerial delays...although this should not be the reason.

Clearly says that this structure cannot withstand beyond 3-4 years...and will immediately look out plans to shift the hospital to some where else and then decide the constructon of the new building..
