school vundani kadhu kani naa work place yee city lo ne vundhi and most of the new construction is hapening in good school district area so andhuke aa point methion chesa .. 

vere localities lo old houses vunaye  ... as i research house less than 10 year are asking for the same price as that of the new houses couple of thousand more or less 

so patha vatiki velledanikante new vatiki velthe ok kadha ani choostuna anthe .. more over new houses ki Hoa ani pedutunaruwhere as old house doesn't adokati monthly $50 - $60 .. to have better look at the community anuko
