father sampadinchina property medha sons ki yem rights undavu kada??? even grand kids ki kuda undadu kada.. only ....... generations-generations nundi vachina proprty medha medha ... we hv rights.. Am i right?

thatha property will come to grand kids . but dad property will not if it is kastaarjitham . If father did not have any will and suddenly something happens then it will be distributed equally among family members including girls even after marriage ( this act came in 2005 ).

thatha kastapadi sampadinichinadi .. grand kids ivadu anukunte.. can thatha do it?

thata asti lo son and grandsons have equal rights..
