interview set ayinundey 4 yrs back , didnot materliaze 

decent pay but was not ready to move to minneapolis 

as usual 2 ppl on  board, desi tried to test whether what he knows i know or not

dev manager - asked what would i do in certain scenario's

not reallya coding exercise but flow ,  but my exp should not be the benchmark for what you are looking at

all u need to know is that there might be desi's in the interview cycle so be prepared for their vignana pradarshana infront of other panelists
