neyyi , butter manchidhe health ki.. rice and roti konchem thakkuva theeskovali.

phulka tinadam alavatu unte... okkoti 130 calories..3 thinna.. 390... night ki oka 300gms chicken/fish thinte better.. 500-600 calories.boiled broccoli thinte akali kuda peddhaga avvadu

yea... more than 1200 paine theeskuntam kadha.. madhyanam 3 chapatis... night chicken/fish/egg whites ila... ma friend okadu almost 20 lbs thaggadu.. 4 months lo.. nenu oka 10 thaggina last 3 months lo
