May be govt is underprepared but building such facilities in each and every nook and corner of India is a mammoth task. 

Oka accident ayindi...idemi chinna accident kadu...kani varipottu esi ice mida kusapettodhu...I mean, Do you really expect mortuary with body freezers to be built and provide body freezers all over the country or state ?

really.. so you are explaining the process how to store bodies now ? Ediche postlu itla vundav ra ayya..  govt edina chala darunam idi. 

it doesn't matter if it rural area or any area. 60 people life pothey Govt/officials should do anything in their power to respect the people who lost their lives.
