I don't learn new stuff for necessity but because it excites me . Anyways each person is different.

Agreed. Management side vallaki baga RFE's padutunnayi than tech side. Edo trying as TP but i am looking in Java side. Oka FT interview schedule avvadam kosam waiting as well. E time lo technical side undadam better than management side.

If you are approaching 30 go for full time developer role. Inka City ni batti compensation. Fulltime lo promotion ki justification ayina vuntundhi. Contracting lo lead and manager roles theesukonna waste. Infact runaway from contracting and Witch companies after 30.
