India bro. You can do anything for a 2000 note. Generally you have to sign but someone in your family can sign on your behalf to file. Actual certificate lo you don't have to sign so just to apply you need to fill application in which you need to sign which you can manage. Trust me it's much worth than chasing stupid Atlanta consulate and waste your time and money. I could have done this long ago.

so, EB2 is leading as of now.

Yesterday 09/14/2018 rule is updated and changed and saying dates for filing also accepted to process applications.

officially now EB3 is ahead of EB2 now.

chi denemma em daridram ra babu..okka India ne intha backlog undi. China dates are in 2015. E EB3 vallu port ayyi EB2 ni clog chesi paresaaru.  Ikaada masters chesina kuda value ledu. Direct ga H1 meedha vachina valla pani bagundi. E H1B extensions torture ennallo inka.
