We are just lazy and routed to pretiges for who makes the bigger one. Making such huge one in size with Clay would break our backs, the  we opted POP. Thats where it started  out of line from being eco friendly. Else it is a very eco friendly festival. There is a purpose and link with nature restoring in every festival.
