Need help going for stamping

Brothers,  I have approved h1b with validity feb 2020. My LCA has two locations one in phx and Dallas.

Now am working for different client within same MSA in dallas, i posted same LCA in new client location.

Do you think i can go for stamping with this scenario, avaranna velara recent ga ilanti situation lo.....

No u need amendment before Stamping

Doesn’t matter, Amendment required !

It matters..If his old one is Dallas as primary.. no need of amendment if he falls with in same MSA..I am 200% sure on this matter..
