But for the first time, USCIS is using "Dates for Filing / Chart B" section dates as the priority dates to apply for I-485 /GC EAD since it is introduced in 2015 through Obama's immigration reform. No they are using chart B because EB3 dates moved ahead of EB2 dates for few months Quote
