i has 8 job offers with me ( I joined on of them) before coming here... few govt and few private.

Its not a big thing as people think. You need some effort though.

if you can't solve a problem, look up the solution, and learn the mechanics of the solution. you have to work by yourself on this. hacking the solution - dividing it into easy pieces that can be applied to other similar problems.

remember patterns, logics. All this comes with practise. that's why solve as many problems/questions as possible. 

bore kodithey, keep the preparation short in like 1hr intervals.
