whatsapp Posted September 15, 2018 Report Posted September 15, 2018 1) First Labor has to approve,"is labor filling date example: 1/1/2017" 2) I-140 Has too approved after 6months. 3) In USCIS Website the date has to be <= 1/1/2017 then only we can file I-485, Even you file I-485 you dont get green card, you only get parol someone said, I am not sure of the word. So once you get parol, you no need to go to Indian embasssy for stamping thats the only advantage, then after parol which date has to be current to get green card? Every country has 3500 limit, so how green cards are moving? example 2008 lo oka 50k members apply chesi vuntaru motham family kalipi, till then that 50k members didnt get green card, then how come the date is moving to 2009? I am little confused of the last stage process One other question, if we change employer after 6 years after I140 aproval, do we still need to file Green card asap, or we can keep rolling unlimited extensions based on i-140 approval? one of the friend said, after changing employer you have only 2 times to extend based on i-140 Quote
