***I-94 end date question***

Current H1B and stamped visa end date: 10Jan2019

Approved extension end date: 09Jan2021

If I travel to India and comeback in December (before my visa expiration), will I get I-94 till 10Jan2019 or 09Jan2021?

Please help

I94 msotly depends on your VISA end date .
So chances are it you do not a new date based on new I797 .  
I would suggest to go for VISA stamping

You have to go for stamping

You dont need stamping. I94 end date will be 09Jan2021.

stamping is just for permission to enter in to the country man..... once you enter..it depends on the officer up to when you can stay in the country (i94 date)

ya but I94 date anedi stamping date meeda depend avtundi kada as opposed to I797 date ..
May be it also depends on POE officer

ya totally depends on officer... naku  visa date kanna 20 days extra ichadu.. don't know why ...

mostly chestaru but it depends on officer and luck. Same situation kaadhu but oka example .... Naku telisina vaallaki husband and wife oke sari vacharu is ki and husand ki I797 date I94 lo ichadu and wife ki 2 months extra ichadu same 👮 . 👮 797 copy ante always latest dhi ivvali. He will ask if he also need the old one.
