As of now my colleagues said we can take anything which is un-noticed like cuttelery, paper tissues from cafe/kitchen, pens, paper, note books etc

simple rule of thumb is "Whatever is not yours - if you are taking it" means, you are stealing.. ;).. don't do it.. it's certainly not worth it.  paper towel tho saahaa edeee kooodaa not allowed...and I understand, we take it easy - but, according to law (lol about my own statement).. you don't have character and goto murthy gaari forums.. manollu ilaanti interesting panulu chesi motthukuntaaru..
