Hindu women were made to remove mangalsutras in Telangana

Hindu women and men told to remove their 'Mangalsutras' & 'Saffron Thread' from their wrist while appearing for Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) for the recruitment of village revenue officers.

Religious sentiments of Hindus was hurt by administration of Catholic school (exam center TSPSC)

Some women protested saying removing 'Mangalsutras' would be inauspicious and against the Hindu sentiment but authorities did not listen to them.

Telangana is the same state where both TRS & INC want 12% reservation for muslims.

After huge protests on Social media , TSPSC has ordered a probe as well as clarified that it was not part of the guideline to remove MANGALSUTRAS of hindu women and is deliberately done by the administration of the missionary school
