I think Arjun Reddy's towering personality is the hero of this movie compared to Dev D. His character is written exceptionally well. It's a rare movie where the protagonist is shown as a completely flawed human being but make you fall in love with character and I can’t remember if there is any Telugu movie like before before AR. Also what works for the movie are these departures from the usual. It is raw. It is real. It is flawed. And there lies the beauty. Quote
