Trump administration was asking for 3 month Obeyance for quite some time and this time they asked for 3 more months. This may or may not mean H4-EAD is going to go away on 3 months. Maybe they will leave existing H4-EADs to expire naturally on the expiry date printed on the EAD card. Quote
